This is a free, super simple pattern to make an adorable tiny mouse plush toy!
This Tiny Mouse Pattern is the perfect project to use up those small balls of leftover yarn and it works up so fast that you'll find yourself making a small army of them! I find they're perfect for market prep or stocking stuffers. Make them into keychains or bookmarks or keep them as they are. Materials Needed:
Worsted weight yarn
3.75mm hook, I like this hook by Tulip Etimo
Safety eyes (I used 6mm)
Abbreviations:
mr- magic ring
st- stitch
sc- single crochet
inc- increase
ss- slip stitch
hdc- half double crochet
dec- decrease
FLO- front loops only
FO- finish off/fasten off
Notes:
For ease of reading, everything in {...} occurs in the same stitch and will only count as one stitch.Â
The bobble stitch used for the nose will have five loops before you pull through to finish the stitch.
Round 1:Â mr 6 sc [6]
Round 2:Â inc x6 [12]
Round 3:Â
- sc 1, inc, sc 1,
- into the front loop of the next stitch place these stitches: 1 ss, 2 hdc, 1 dc, 2 hdc, and finish with a ss. This will count as one st.
- inc, sc 1, inc
- into the front loop of the next stitch place these stitches: 1 ss, 2 hdc, 1 dc, 2 hdc, and finish with a ss. This will count as one st.
- inc x2, sc 1, inc [18]

Round 4: sc around, placing a sc in each remaining back loop from the previous round’s ear stitches. [18]

Round 5:Â sc around [18]
Round 6:Â sc 16, {in front loop of next st, ss, ch 9, ss back down ch, ss back into same front loop}, sc 1 [18]

Round 7:Â sc 7, bobble st with 5 loops, sc 10, placing sc in leftover back loop from tail stitch. [18]
Round 8:Â (sc 1, dec)x6 [12]
Add safety eyes on either side of bobble st, with one st between bobble and eye. Embroider nose on bobble st. Begin stuffing here.

Round 9:Â dec x6 [6]
FO, weave in end.
